The price point is high for ramen. Food Review Wonton Chashu Shio Ramen The clear, faintly golden broth is mellow and deeply flavorful. The temperature is just right—neither too hot nor lukewarm. The noodles are hand-made, thin, and straight. Their texture is so smooth it creates the illusion of eating silk. The chashu comes in thin and thick slices; both are tender, carefully prepared, and delicious. The wontons come in two types: pork and local chicken.
