They offer shoyu ramen with various toppings selection. The broth is filled with umami yet not overpowering, complementing very well with the firm noodle. Chashu is tender and kakuni (braised pork) is well balanced in flavour. Ajitama is executed in perfection which i gladly added. Their juicy gyoza is also a must order side dish.
