Right after visiting Hidaka Shrine, come here for a meal. At this restaurant, clients can order perfectly cooked fried chicken. It seems like many of you don't know this, so I'd like to say that Fukami-san in Hidaka, which has now closed, is certainly a relative of the one here, but the taste and method of cooking are different. It's not even a noren separation. I liked both flavors, but sometimes I just want to eat the original one. The taste may have changed a little from 30 years ago, but it's not enough to warrant giving it only 1 star, and the customer service has remained the same for a long time, so I don't really care. I think that the dry and crunchy fried chicken and the customer service are all part of Fukamiya's identity. Those who complain about dealing with customers will probably say the same thing when they go to a long-established yakitori restaurant in Mizusawa.
