If you happen to be near Nagata Shrine, you can go to this restaurant. Many people say that waiters offer nicely cooked sardine, char siu and chashu here. The gracious staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. If you want to experience enjoyable service, you should visit Fukudaruma. A ramen shop located in Sandor Nagata South Building, northwest of Nagata Subway Station, in front of Gourmet City. The red Daruma doll drawn on the yellow exterior is cute I was worried because there were so many types of ramen, but since it was my first time, I ordered the ramen listed at the top. I'm also interested in the recommended dish, the dried sardine ramen, which is made with a carefully prepared stock made from plenty of dried sardines. Ramen ￥680 It's topped with two pork belly pieces and chopped green onions, and the soup contains onions and bean sprouts. The double soup of chicken and tonkotsu is somehow nostalgic and delicious It's bliss when you're slurping up thin straight noodles. Hiyashi chuka ￥880 Soy sauce or sesame flavor. Choose soy sauce. Topped with chashu, egg, cucumber, bean sprouts, and cherry tomatoes. Noodles with a firm texture that go down your throat.
