I rarely come to the Uchibaba polling area, let alone Nakayama Racecourse, so I went to the Uchibaba voting area for the first time in about 35 to 40 years. It is located on the way to the racecourse from JR Funabashi Hoden Station through the racecourse's exclusive underground passage.
