I genuinely don’t get why this place is only rated 3+ stars. It’s an incredibly retro, old-school café (smoking allowed) with a super authentic local vibe. Prices are unbelievably reasonable, and it’s clearly a spot frequented by regulars rather than tourists. I had a breakfast set with coffee, water, toast, salad, and a sunny-side-up egg for just 450 yen. The staff were warm and friendly, and I absolutely loved the atmosphere. Ps Smoking is bad for health. Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Yes, can request salad.
