At home I cook for private clients. I came to Italy to learn what Italian food should taste like. THIS was the lesson! Perfect ragu, perfect cappeletti. If I had a time machine I would travel back an hour and have the same dish twice. Great service, and it's on the grounds of a castle. Worth the trip!
