We normally like this restaurant ! We go often for family meals ! The service is excellent! But that is sth unacceptable 2 days ago ! We ordered a lobster for the price of $47 , the lobster is not live lobster , the lobster meat is the dead lobster, we eat lobster and seafood all the times ! We throw away ! I tried the Hong Kong Style Beef Brisket Noodle at Full Key for $12.95 and was very disappointed. . The noodle portion was small, and my bowl had zero beef brisket - only about 5 tiny pieces of beef tendon. I asked the server why there was no brisket in a brisket noodle, and she said it was just scooped from a big pot. My husband said, "If this was your bowl with no brisket, how would you feel?" She then took the bowl to the kitchen. We saw the chef make a very unhappy face and reluctantly scooped 2 tiny pieces of brisket into the bowl. The soup was also very bland with little flavor. . For comparison, I had Beef Brisket Noodle at another restaurant 2 weeks ago. It was cheaper than Full Key, came with 11 pieces of brisket, and was excellent. Poor portion, poor flavor, and poor attitude. I will not order this dish again. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40
