We had an excellent experience at Fumo restaurant café-bar in Istanbul. The food was absolutely delicious. We tried several dishes from the menu, including the spaghetti bolognese, steak, and fish, and everything was perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and very enjoyable. A special thank you to Chef Önder Gültekin, who truly deserves recognition. You can feel the passion, skill, and care in every plate. His cooking brings real pleasure and leaves a wonderful memory. The service was also excellent: professional, friendly, and attentive. The restaurant was clean, well maintained, and had a warm, pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend this place in Istanbul. They serve decent amazing Burgers. Food quality is superb. But unfortunately had strange experience wherein noticed that Duty manager tries to force customers at night to only pay cash and doesn’t want to issue the bill. Money goes to his pocket. I had to force the guy to charge me only via POS machine, which he finally did, after some arguments. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: ₺400–600
