I approached the girl that's seems to be the owner, when I told her my concern she even laughed! (how rude right?) We saw that the order wasn't even prepared, she told me to change the order instead! I even thank her BUT NO SINGLE APOLOGY WAS GIVEN!
Unacceptable! Poor customer service!
