Tonight (27 Apr) we enjoyed a very nice dinner while looking out over the Adriatic. We've been in Croatia over a week now and have been thoroughly enjoying fresh grilled fish each night, so we were in the mood for something a bit different. Our waiter recommended their Seafood Pasta dish (Hand-made pasta w/mussels, shrimp and clams in a flavorful tomato reduction). He was not wrong... paired with a bottle of Posip Nerica white wine... it was excellent! It was early in the season. Few people were out. Sea was calm... only a few local boats out and about in the darkness. Combined with a delicious dinner, made for a very enjoyable evening. Highly recommend enjoying a meal at Fundamentum. Price per person: €50+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a meal at this excellent restaurant last Friday (7th Oct) The service was great with enthusiastic staff. We had a sharing platter which had a wonderful variety of dips, meat, cheese & veg. We had ordered a pasta dish to follow but had enough to eat & had no problem cancelling it. The atmosphere and ambiance make it a good place to visit for casual dining.
