Funduk serves one of the most satisfying plates of plov I’ve had in Karaganda. Perfectly cooked rice, tender meat, rich aroma — everything you expect from a proper plov. Was it truly the best plov in the city, or was I just extremely hungry? Honestly… probably both. Funduk – Қарағандыдағы ең дәмді палаулардың бірі. Күріші бөлек-бөлек, еті жұмсақ, дәмі қанық — нағыз палау. Бұл шынымен қаладағы ең дәмді палау ма, әлде мен қатты аш болдым ба? Бәлкім, екеуі де. Фундук — возможно, самый вкусный плов в Караганде. Рассыпчатый рис, мягкое мясо, насыщенный вкус — всё, как должно быть. Это был действительно лучший плов в городе или я просто был очень голоден? Скорее всего, и то и другое.
