The booths and toilets are always empty, often even when there are many employees... compared to other stores, the booths and toilets are dirty! Stagnant air! is. The two male clerks in particular had a bad attitude and I wondered who they were getting paid from. The other day, when I went to the toilet after smoking in the smoking room, a staff member came into the toilet and said, ``We've been informed that another customer is smoking.'' When I smoked, it smelled like cigarettes. They gave priority to other customers' complaints and ignored me without any apology! I think customer support training is really necessary. When I ordered the dine-in menu, the staff did not heat it up for me. I think that employee training was excellent in the past, but there is no economy of scale with just a few stores, so companies are reaching their limits. The food is lukewarm, the service is poor, and no apologies are given.If you like rattling all the time, we're open! To the owner Is this condition appropriate? Are you recognized? This is the current state of being extremely disrespectful to regular customers who have had an unpleasant experience.

ネットカフェというのを初めて利用させて頂きました。 初回登録等で身分証明書とアプリ登録を必要としましたが、15分程で完了。今回は12時間パックで2200という破格のお安さでした！ 受付のお兄さんも丁寧に対応をして下さり、いざお部屋に。今回は、1人用の寝転がれるお部屋を借りました。お部屋の中は座椅子のようなものと机の上にはパソコン、ティッシュ等もありました。片付けられており、匂いも全く気になりませんでした。少しだけ気になったことと言えば周りの方のいびきですけど、それは夜中の4時だからだと思います。ただ、上は開放されているので、それによって音がダダ漏れになっているのかなと思いました。 寝るスペースは、170弱の私がかなり余裕を持って寝られたのでかなり広いと思います。 入ったのが夜中だったので、飲み物は取りに行かなかったんですけど、ドリンクバーで飲み物は飲み放題で私の大好きなただの炭酸水もありました。アイスクリームは夜中は使えず、翌朝は機械故障で使えなかったので今回は分かりませんでした。飲み物のコップが紙コップだったので、入る量が少なかったのは悲しいけど、コップを洗うコストとかを考えるなら妥当だと思いました。 何よりもびっくりしたのは、お菓子の値段です。安過ぎます。最高です。最近のお菓子はコンビニで買うと300縁を超える代物ばかりです。しかし、ここではほぼ全て180円でした。思わず沢山買っちゃいました。 お風呂は、受付にて追加で550円払えば使えます。 洗い場も着替え場も綺麗で、とても快適に使えました。アメニティも貰えたので嬉しかったです。 初めてのネカフェ！楽しかった！また香川に来ることがあったら行こうと思います！

初めて利用させて頂きました。中高生5時間コースで、〜¥1,500程と、近くのカラオケ屋や、某ラウドワンのフリータイムやスポッチャよりもお得かもしれません。確かに、スポッチャよりかはアミューズメントは少ないですが、結構時間一杯楽しめるのでいいと思います。ただし、残念なことに、私はソフトクリーム食べ放題！という"自分の大好物が幾らでも食べられる!"という期待を胸に抱きながら訪問したのですが、どうやら運悪く故障していましたまあ、ドリンクバーのカプチーノやポテトがとても美味しかったので泣きはしませんでした。カラオケも音漏れはすごいですが、部屋数も少ないですし、2階にあるので、自分は気にせずに歌えました。後、カラオケルームのPCからフードが注文できると書いていましたが、どこを押しても注文できなくて今回は断念して、直接注文しに行きました。次回こそは、ソフトクリーム食べたいです！
