An absolute highlight of our time in Sicily. Every dish was exceptional, from the incredibly fresh burrata and heirloom tomatoes to the perfectly crisp croquettes and the indulgent fried burrata. The pizzas were outstanding, and we loved being able to choose from the different doughs. The atmosphere is beautiful, tucked away in a charming courtyard that feels authentically Sicilian while still being vibrant and relaxed. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the service. Nicola looked after us with genuine warmth, professionalism and enthusiasm. He took the time to explain the menu, offered excellent recommendations, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Hospitality like that turns a great meal into a memorable one. If you’re visiting Palermo, Fùnnaco PizzaLab is an absolute must. We would return in a heartbeat. Complimenti to Nicola and the entire team! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
