I recently visited Fuoco Cumilla located near Tomson Bridge in Cumilla and had the opportunity to try their food and service. We ordered two meat boxes and two cold coffees, and the total cost was around 800 BDT. First of all, the restaurant environment is very nice. The interior decoration, lighting, and seating arrangement are modern and comfortable. It is a good place for friends hangout, small gatherings, and casual dining. The atmosphere is beautiful and quite relaxing compared to many other restaurants in Cumilla. However, when it comes to the food, the meat box did not meet my expectations. The presentation was good, but the taste was not very impressive. It was not bad, but not special either — just average. I expected better flavor and seasoning considering the price. On the other hand, the cold coffee was average and drinkable, but again nothing exceptional. The main issue I personally faced was the service. The service felt a bit slow and not very attentive. Staff behavior was okay, but the overall service experience could definitely be improved. Faster service and better customer attention would make the experience much better. In terms of pricing, the food is slightly expensive compared to the taste and portion size. The place is nice for the environment and hanging out, but food quality and service still have room for improvement. Overall, I would rate this place 3 out of 5 stars because of the nice environment, average food, and below-average service experience. Don't have any complaint regarding the food. It was somewhat ok. But the service is very very poor. I had to insist them to see their combo menu like, "Vaai dekhan na r ki combo ase" "Eta chara r ki combo ase" and so on. And with a very irritated face the counter guy kept giving one by one instead of giving them all at once. Secondly, they don't have any digital payment option, only cash which is a bit inconvenient. And thirdly, there's no way to change modify your order! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
