My first impression of coming here was that this chef is having brave spirit in creating a fine dining restaurant in such a small town, especially since it's located in an alley in a modest housing complex, not an elite area. Fine dining restaurants everywhere are located in exclusive and prestigious locations. I give this chef a thumbs up. The modest location and venue doesn't diminish the meaning of fine dining, with unique dishes, almost all delicious and artistically presented—that's what fine dining is all about. My suggestion is that some of the menu items are too small, making it difficult to truly savor the flavors. Wish every success to Fuoco dining, chef Bian and sweet team.
