In June 2024, after visiting Tojinbo and Echizen Matsushima Aquarium, we stopped by Awara Onsen Station. We love to dine in small neighborhood restaurant. We check google map and find this restaurant. The comment seems good. We decided to have our Dinner in this Oden shop. When we arrived there, it was around 5:30. We are the only 2 customers in the shop. The owner was a 80 years old kind lady who operated the shop for 50years. We learnt Japanese a little. We started to talk to the lady with the help of google translate and writing. Since we were the only cusotmers, we could freely and slowly communicate to each other. We talked a lot. The kind lady also taught me how to prepare oden soup. It was a lovely experience to dine in there. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
