A wonderful restaurant where you can enjoy creative cuisine made with seasonal ingredients at an incredible service price. 3 minutes walk from Esaka Station Delicious dishes and sake Furusato @furusato_esaka ・Budget around 5000 yen On this day, we received the course contents of the event special menu. (I guess I usually only order a la carte?) High-quality food that will make your eyes pop out for just 5,000 yen I am so grateful that I was able to eat until I was full. It's on my list of restaurants I definitely want to visit again... From the appetizer, the lotus root is topped with a mackerel pate. Barracuda wrapped with green onions and topped with rice sauce The sashimi also comes with yellow chive nuta and edamame sauce. It was a type of fried oyster that I had never seen before. The collaboration between seasonal ingredients and creativity is amazing... Moreover, it looks gorgeous and is very satisfying both visually and tastefully. Beef tongue that is slowly cooked at a low temperature is very soft. The sweetness and flavor of the curly spinach sauce makes it the best. Furthermore, when you eat it with the salty taste of miso, it's irresistible... At the end, the distribution of rice and toppings is strange. The beauty of the cross section will take your breath away. Contains seared kamatoro and fillets of medium fatty tuna. When you eat it, you'll be blown away by its deliciousness. Unfortunately, this Trotaku is a special event reprint menu. It seems like it's no longer on the regular menu. Maybe it will come back when the time comes...? ? It's a small space with only counter seats, so you're close to the shop staff. It's definitely a famous store.
