If you have never tried Indian cuisine, you should reserve a table at this restaurant. You are to find perfectly cooked vada, vada pav and panipuri. Do not leave without eating good kulfi, falooda and jalebi. Drink great masala chai, lemonade or mango lassi, it's a must when visiting Fusion India.

Excellent service and a great atmosphere from start to finish. The food was delicious overall, and the smoked chicken dish stood out with excellent flavor, though it was slightly on the dry side. What really made the experience memorable was the attentive and welcoming service throughout our visit. Definitely a spot we would return to and highly recommend. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Must visit fine dining restaurant. We loved the ambience and the music . The food was great . Every dish had a unique flavor and the spice was on point . Paneer , Vada pav , pav bhaji , kebabs . The handi chicken and egg curry were some of the favorites . The fried rice was also really good . They really put in work to present the dishes . Each one had a unique touch to it . The palak chat was the least favorite . Dessert was also delicious. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection

Had always been a fan of Fusion India’s food but had never actually dined in until their recent renovation. The place is much bigger now and has a great vibe. The ambiance is very Bollywood-themed, which adds a fun touch, and the seating is comfortable too. Coming to the food—we travel all the way from SLU every time we’re craving good Indian food, and this place never disappoints. The flavors feel very close to home, and the staff is attentive, friendly, and quick with service. The Indo-Chinese dishes are fantastic, and the rotis and curries are always on point. Definitely worth the trip every single time. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
