Order good baklava, raspberry cheesecakes and red velvet cakes at this bar when you happen to be near it. This place is known for delicious chardonnay, bourbon or beer. At Fusion Restaurant & Bar, guests may have great ice tea, press coffee or French coffee.
You can listen to live music in the evening. The cool staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. People mention that the service is terrific here. 10/10 I am hard to convince but the food,service, and aesthetic was amazing. I ordered the Lamb with rice and mixed vegetables and enjoyed the flavors, I even stayed for dessert and the chocolate mouse cake is still haunting me Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food was delicious. Hummus and clams with oysters to start. Great flavor in both appetizers and the seasoning on the pita enhanced all the flavors in the hummus. For dinner, salmon with rice and polenta. All very tasty. The salmon with the crunchy skin was perfection. And the polenta was a delight (first time trying this). It was crunchy outside and soft inside. 4 stars due to the ambiance because it was a little too dark and the music was loud. Will definitely be back to try new things on the menu. Have you ever wondered what lies at the crossroads of cute, eclectic, and tasty? It's Fusion Restaurant & Bar in McDonugh, GA. After one bite into my fried cauliflower I was left feeling like I have missed out on a jewel that was sitting right in front of my eyes. It is served with a delightful sauce, but even without the sauce it was delicious. The carrot cake cheesecake-- OMG!!! Can we just say -- amazing. But that's just one of several flavors - they vary based on availability. Now on to the pleasantries of CARRIE. Let's just say her customer service was the icing on the cake. Her phone voice and personality were exactly what all establishments need. She welcomed me in with a smile. Because I had a to-go order, she showed me my food and maintained a professional demeanor during the experience. Im eagerly awaiting date night to try some of the yummy dishes listed on their menu. I'll BE BACK!! (in my terminator voice)
