All the food was great but the cabbage steak was what really impressed me. Staff were so kind and willing to discuss the food, despite the language barrier. Honestly might be my favourite spot anywhere in the world. A must to visit if you’re in Kyoto. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stumbled across this place on our first night in Kyoto and wow we were pleasantly surprised! Food was incredible! Tiny little spot with a cosy atmosphere, chefs are friendly and chatty. We sat at the bar and was amazing to watch them at work, cooking up absolute delights!!!! Highly recommend ordering the steak, noodles and whatever else they recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
