We love the casino and spend thousands of dollars here, which is why this experience was so disappointing. The bartender, especially the female bartender with black hair, completely ignored my husband and me and had the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced. I’ve never seen someone in a customer service position behave so unprofessionally. After another employee finally served us, she grabbed the receipt and immediately looked at the tip, which felt very inappropriate. Throughout the experience, she treated us as if we were invisible while serving other customers around us. We visited multiple bars and experienced similar issues with slow and inattentive service. The casino really needs to invest in better customer service training for its bar staff. Employees working in hospitality should be welcoming, professional, and respectful, regardless of how busy they are. I do want to give a special shout-out to Salamo at G Bar for taking care of us. He was attentive, friendly, and professional when others ignored us. He was the one bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience. We love coming to this casino and want to continue supporting it, which is why I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the service experience. Service: 1

I went to G Bar I stayed in line waiting for the Bartenders just to say I see you just a minute they said nothing to me they just looked at me if I had some crap on me I never will go to this Bar again service absolutely sucks shame on you G Bar

The drinks here are great, if you get served! I stopped by on Friday and Saturday. On Friday, there were plenty of tables open and no waitress approached our table. I walked up to the bar, and it took a long time to get the bartender’s attention and then to order my drink. I won’t knock him for my drink because it was good, but the wait was horrible. On Saturday, we stopped by again. The bar area was busy, but once again, plenty of tables were open. The waitress finally came to our table, took our order, and then took forever to bring our drinks. After that, she didn’t check on us. This place would make more money if the staff moved a little faster or if they hired more staff. The live music both days, though, was great! Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
