After you have seen Hong Kong Space Museum, come to this restaurant. Spend a nice time here and share perfectly cooked crab legs, mussels and fried cheese with your friends. Good ice cream and tasty egg waffles are the best dishes. Delicious wine will make your meal better and you'll certainly come back. A collection of great red tea is recommended to guests.
Sadly, if you look through the guests' comments, the staff is professional at G Bar - Seafood & Desserts (K11 MUSEA). Downscale service is something that visitors would like to improve here. Users leave negative reviews because the atmosphere is enjoyable. Google users haven't given this place a high rating.

Ordered portobello cheese burger set and saw right before my own eyes a female staff putting burger together with her bare hands (no gloves) and then wiping her hands on her shirt. She then handled another order; put a container of soup with cling wrap still on into the microwave. Next she finished the final touches to my burger by using the same bare hands to place the bread on the patty. Nonchalantly she placed the full tray of the prepared meal on the front counter, not batting an eye to any of the customers waiting. I told the cashier (local chubby young punk) that his staff didn't use gloves and he flat-out denied; I insisted she didn't and he retorted 咁你依家想點？！so I told him to do another one, of course. And of course later we couldn't bring ourselves to finish the burger. While the staff's service and decorum attest to HK's famed hospitality (or lack of), the gross lack of hygiene and disregard for proper food preparation in a semi open kitchen are worth regulatory investigation. It was getting late so dining options were limited at the Mall, as most were closing up. Needed somewhere that offered vegan and Western options and this walk up counter sufficed. The cheeseburger was surprisingly tasty. The combo included a small cardboard bowl of potato chips and a can of soda and was reasonably priced. The mushroom cap burger was okay, nothing exceptional. After ordering your food and choosing your toppings from a menu board, you wait for your order to be prepared, then seat yourself at the open tables in the food court.
