I recently placed a takeout order with a coffee. The staff member at the ordering desk seemed a bit impatient during my interaction. I'm hoping this was an isolated incident, as I frequent this bakery and always appreciate the delicious pastries and coffee. BEST GAIL’s branch and I’ve been to quite a few around London. The staff are always really accommodating, helpful and come with great energy. Can’t complain about the food offered, such a great bakery with amazing options and can I just say I’m ADDICTED to Gail’s hot chocolate, which is made with actual melted chocolate and steamed milk rather than chocolate powder. Like it’s an addiction. But anyway, love the spinach & feta roll 10/10. Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
