I went to try GBB and honestly, the experience was disappointing. The food was below average, yet the prices are premium. You don’t even get a tray or fries with the burger, which makes it feel overpriced. The manager (or whoever he was) was rude and completely unprofessional. He spoke to us like he was looking for an argument. No idea how he ended up in that position, because there was zero professionalism. Our food was late, and when we asked to cancel one burger, he said “1 minute, it’s almost done” while literally just putting it on the grill . Seven minutes later, when we asked again, he got defensive and aggressive, saying he had “other toters orders.” Between the bad service, rude attitude, and average food, I’ll definitely never go back.
