Ishida-san’s legendary status in the bourbon world is well deserved. I made a special detour to Toyohashi just to visit this bar, and I was not disappointed. This bar contains what is probably the single best collection of bourbon whiskeys in the world. GEMOR goes beyond 5/5 stars, and belongs in an “exceptional” category of its own.
