Only eaten here once. Chose the Bibimbap and I was a bit disappointed. It was served in an narrow soup plate and the food was luke warm. Egg was already fried, normal?Reply: Hi Gerege and thanks for your answer and for the info about bimbimbap! I just now removed some wrong sections in my review. The other, recent change you mention wasn't in language, it was always in english. I removed some comments about raw yolk and added "normal?" I think you mistake mine for someone elses. I write reviews on google for the public and not because I want answers. I wish you good luck and I hope my experience will change if i ever try eating at Gerege in the future.

Hey Fredrik, we are sad to hear that your experience with us was not enjoyable! However we thought we would explain ourselves. Bibim - bap means "mixed-rice" and there are many different ways you can serve this dish. "DOLSOT" bibimbap is the one that is served in a stone pot and we do not serve this kind. Also if you would like only raw yolk on your bibimbap we can fix that. But most of our customers do not like eating raw eggs and you can make bibimbap with fried egg as well. Moreover bibimbap served during lunch is prepared with marinated vegetables that are chilled and in the evening we serve warm bibimbap which you are welcome to try next time (it is also served in a different bowl). On a side note, we remember you posting this review several months ago in spring and it was written in Swedish. Now it is written in English and posted here again 3 days ago.
