I can't believe there's such a wonderful space underground in the back alleys of Omotesando. "GERMOGLIO" The interior of the store has a simple, modern atmosphere with exposed concrete. The symbolic base on the table and the greenery scattered here and there add just the right amount of color to the otherwise inorganic atmosphere. It's Italian, but it has a Japanese feel to it. It's underground, so it's daytime, but I was excited by the sexy nighttime atmosphere (lol) Jerusalem artichoke soup Olive oil on top of a simple soup. If you don't mix it, you can enjoy the taste of the oil directly...and the complex and deep flavor of the soup. Green salad with raw ham and salami The main dish was a green salad with wasabi greens and cheese. Served with charcoal-grilled winter vegetables seasoned with balsamic sauce. The smooth and exquisitely salty raw ham is of a high standard. Red sea bream and shungiku aglio olio garlic pasta The light and gentle taste of red sea bream goes well with shungiku and anchovies, which have a pleasant bitterness. Although I was worried about the bad breath due to the strong garlic, I thought it was good because it was delicious after all (lol) Mushroom risotto The moment it comes out, the rich mushroom scent is irresistible The perfectly al dente risotto is not a flashy dish, but it is a highly satisfying dish.
