Ordered on Uber Eats and paid like MANY times before. Got food delivered for a fella called Carl M.. thats not my name. Order totally wrong, driver said he only got given one bag. Rang the shop, got told I ‘cant have the wrong order’ because the driver only got one bag.. told me they hadnt got my order thru uber, had to spell my name for them 4 times.. told me oh yeah, we have found your oder but oh well, sorry, we cant help. Bin the food. Said id bring it back and order mine in the shop and get a refund thru Uber.. got told i cant come in and place an order.. i asked why, then got told she didnt say that.. but I had 4 witnesses who heard her say it so sorry Carl M, your scrans in the bin and I’m ordering a Chicken Run. Terrible customer service letting down what is usually good food. Wont ever order from here again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely no respect for customers! Rang to order for collection and they said very rudely “no we don’t have time for that”. Have ordered from here before and the food portion and quality is not worth the price at all. Honestly a joke the way they speak to you and with how rude they are Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
