今日のディナーは、前から気になっていた近所のラーメン屋さん「吟家」へ行ってきました！お店に入ると、食欲をそそる豚骨の香りが漂ってきて、期待が高まります。メニューを見て迷ったのですが、定番の醤油豚骨ラーメンを注文。 スープを一口飲むと、濃厚な豚骨の旨味と醤油の香ばしさが絶妙にマッチしていて、思わず「美味しい！」と声に出してしまいました。麺はスープによく絡み、チャーシューも柔らかくて最高。あっという間に完食してしまいました。 吟家の醤油豚骨ラーメン、大満足でした！近いうちにまた行きたいです。 For dinner tonight, I went to Ginya, a local ramen shop I'd been interested in for a while! The mouthwatering aroma of pork bone broth filled the air as I entered the restaurant, raising my expectations. After looking at the menu and struggling to decide, I ordered the classic soy sauce pork bone ramen. Taking a sip of the soup, the rich flavor of the pork bone broth and the fragrant soy sauce were a perfect match, and I couldn't help but exclaim, "Delicious!" The noodles clung to the soup well, and the pork slices were incredibly tender. I finished the whole thing in no time. I was very satisfied with Ginya's soy sauce pork bone ramen!
