Words cannot explain how delicious the food was here!! I highly recommend it to anyone. It was also very reasonably priced for the amount of food you get!! The most authentic Japanese restaurant in Colchester, and perhaps even wider. A rather unassuming exterior leads you into a speakeasy feel space. The interior is veey Japanese; simple, yet interesting touches. Prompt and friendly service was had throughout. The menu is classic Japanese and the dishes were flavoursome and we were so pleased we ordered too much, so we had to take it home. The frozen beer was delicious, as was the comprehensive sake menu. I had the chicken ramen and the pork ribs and loved them. Also tried the ham rice, wok fried greens, beef gyoza and the crispy pork with onion salad. Everything was cooked to perfection. Price per person: £80–90 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
