We couldn’t get in anywhere for Father’s Day, so we thought we’d give GOAT a try. The air conditioning was a welcome break from the current heat wave! We decided on the sharing platter and it did not disappoint. Great value, due to the variety and portion size. First time tasting their smash burgers and they were mega. Would give it all a 10/10. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted freshly cooked, definitely not heated up. Even the sauces were spot on. Please keep this on the menu! What can I say, this place blew my mind! It was amazing following the journey of this pub on social media and hats off to them, the effort has paid off! The atmosphere is amazing. We came at a relatively quiet time and the TV's are plentiful and positioned perfectly. Staff were lovely and really kind to talk to. Food was absolutely stunning. Portions are great for the price and taste wonderful. Drinks are also really reasonably priced. Some of the nicest BBQ wings I've ever had and the burger was sublime. Barely had space to finish it all. Photos don't do them justice. Highly recommend this place and massive kudos to the staff for making the experience just that little bit better.
