I usually never leave reviews on Google but I have to say that this is the best Açaí I’ve had in my life (and I’ve been to Brazil). Honestly this was impeccable and staff, especially Bella, was so nice in recommending menu items for my friends. I really recommend this place to anyone in the cape looking for a refreshing meal or a sweet treat!! I will be back for sure. The atmosphere was great for me and my friends and people and families of all ages! And the music was great.

I can’t wait to see the owner and personally share my experience. 8 teenagers in there. Messing around. Not learning or trying to do their best. Terrible customer service. No one even greeted us. One girl stopped gossiping about who Declan is dating to ask us what we wanted. The other girls rolled their eyes and ignored us. It was clearly so hard to scoop 2 cups of ice cream that one of the girls dropped my husband’s cup ON THE FLOOR, picked it up and put ice cream in it. Never going here again. So disappointing because we usually go here all the time in the summer. This was so embarrassing though. Now it’s just a filthy ice cream shop.

I have always order an Açai bowl from Gone chocolate specially living in Osterville! But tonight, omg!!! What an awful experience. The attendant was rude, and made my Açai bowl wrong, and instead of apologizing she was worse. At the end she gave me an awful looking Açai which I disposed since she didn’t give me my refund. I can’t wait to see the owner and personally share my experience with her! Because the customer service has fallen down the drain, and what you pay for an Açai is not what I have received. Look at the picture below it looks like she gave me the scraps.
