This is a shop in Chikuma City that serves delicious scones. I visited at around noon on Sunday, hoping to try the quiche too, but they had almost sold out. I managed to buy the last scone. I also bought two of the shop's mugs. It seems to be a popular shop. QR code payments are accepted. The car park is located on the north side of the intersection near the shop.
