I was walking by and was really craving a coffee. When I walked in the door, the entire place stared at me all crazy. Perhaps it was me choking from the cigarette smoke of about 30 people taking deep shame-hits. The young lady who I assume was the waitress, gave me an apathetic look with no visual cues that she would be helping me. She instead, deferred to a young man behind her who shrugged his shoulders. I looked at my watch. I’d give them 1 minute to welcome me to their establishment. A minute is a very long time when the person is 12 feet away and is exhibiting the personality of a fish. At about 50 seconds, I got up and split from caffe Split. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
