It’s worth thinking about who you’re recruiting for your “chop” security, especially visitors. They don’t know the language, laws or rules. They are too hot-tempered, aggressive and yell at the wrong point, about clothes, I’m a whole separate issue, how do you allow them to come on shift in dirty clothes?
