Incredible view on Seoul / Hangang side. Tends to be quite popular all day long. Nice live music in the evening

Service is slow and bad. Very few English speaking waiters. They serve very cheap wine at exorbitant prices- a $16/bottle should not cost $26/glass! And don't bring it out as if it's cellar vintage!
