Per me e sottolineo per me pagare 14 euro un galletto e patate da asporto è un po' troppo,il galletto per altro non risultava secco come se fosse stato preparato da troppo o cucinato per troppo tempo,ma è un opinione personale non sono chef ramsey. Salve Mirco,siamo felice che abbia apprezzato il nostro prodotto. I nostri galletti iniziamo ad essere cucinati alle ore 18 in quanto alle 19,15 il locale è già aperto. È un prodotto fresco, ha una particolare concia ed é cotto alla brace. Il prezzo é ovviamente calcolato in base ai costi sostenuti al fine di permetterle di mangiare un buon prodotto da portare via un package contenente Galletto, contorno a scelta tra patatine fritte di ottima qualità o verdure grigliate, salsa Galloway, (con il contorno di verdure troverà anche il pane). Certo che se lei calcola quanto paga un pollo arrosto al girarrosto che cuoce nel suo grasso potrebbe sembrarle tanto, Ma in primis il nostro non è un pollo ma un galletto, sono prodotti di qualità freschi cotti da una persona che sta lì a girarlo tutto il tempo proprio per evitare che la pelle bruci( essendo brace viva) che si secchi ma che risulti cotto all' interno ma non asciutto e gustoso. Comunque accettiamo la sua opinione ma ci tenevano a spiegarle che i ristoranti quando fanno il prezzo di un piatto devono sommare tante voci che non sono solo il costo del singolo prodotto.
