We go to Gallucios for take out, mainly pizza. I feel over the years the quality has changed some, or maybe they are just easier on the cheese. We have asked for well done crusts and often the crust comes out flimsy or doughy still, so in the future I'll ask for extra well done. Still good pizza over all. This the first time I’ve gotten delivery from Gallucio's Restaurant. I have been there many times just to have a few drinks, some food and great karaoke. I knew the in-house pizza was very good and it has that mom and pop pizzeria look and taste. I was not as sure about delivery. So, I ordered pizza and hot wings. Now, I’m not the easiest guy to please because of my 40 years in the restaurant industry as a chef. First of all, from the onset, ordering was both friendly and professional. The delivery time was about 30-35 minutes from when I ordered…far superior to any other chain-pizza places. My delivery guy was friendly, the piazza and wings were nice and hot, and the taste was true to what I expected of Gallucio’s…very good. I think the folks a Gallucio’s do a bag-up job in service, quality and taste. Hats off guys for a job well done. Kevin s.
