I used to come here very often with my friend and our kids, today I felt really uncomfortable being there because of very unpleasant staff member who was very angry all the time, making faces at us and serving us without any politeness. I understand everyone has a bad day but your problems shouldnt affect your work. The worst part was when we were almost alone there, there was just one more lady with her child who also agreed with us, he told our children who are 3 years old in the jumping castle: do not whine (like they are dogs) because they are other guests or I will put the castle down . We were shocked really, because there were a lot of children there when we came who were also screaming, laughing and playing in those castles. He noticed that we are not from Slovenia even though we spoke Slovenian with him and ordered everything in Slovenian so he angrily asked us do we understand him, after we told him that we will speak with our children. I do not understand what was problem with children playing in obviously childrens caffe, they are children after all and they are not robots. They did not cause any harm to anyone or anyone complained about them. It totally affected my whole opinion about this caffe and for sure I will not be back there with staff like that. He did not even apologise in the end and also did not give us the bill in the end even though we asked for it, he just said the price. Also the place there was too dirty for children. I hope you will fix this and I am writing in English just so everyone can understand so he doesnt ask again if we understand him. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

But my voice is bad, my throat and head hurt. But I'm trying my best. As for the dirt, apart from the sand from the sandbox and the mud, since it rained two days ago I don't detect any dirt. They don't know my story either, with the effort and everything I did from Gallus. Thank you for being my guests today, it's a shame you closed the door for next time, because the children enjoyed themselves. LpMore
