I give it one star because 0 is not possible. The worst Galp in Catalonia, so much so that they don't even know how to get an invoice out of the box. It took three days for them to send me the invoice in a photo format that is not useful for the Treasury. When I went there for the second time, the two employees refused to get a duplicate of the invoice, rudely, stating that only managers can do that... I had to wait for a manager to finally get an invoice. If you are self-employed, avoid this gas station at all costs.

Hello Thais! The truth is that it is not our way of proceeding. Can you send us an email with your information, Service Station, day and time of when it happened to atencionalcliente@galp.com and we will help you from there? Thank you very much.
