Non venivo da un po’... ho trovato un menu rivisitato con molte novità. Una porchetta “fatta in casa” divina e tante cose buone, cambiato logo, cambiato il menu, ma resta sempre e comunque il gambero rotto che ricordavo... la scelta delle materie prime è la cosa che ho gradito di più. La carbonara, piatto che adoro, è di altissimo livello, uova, pecorino e guanciale... sembra facile, ma poi la mangi e capisci che la differenza la fanno soprattutto i prodotti. Non vedo l’ora di portarci i colleghi... specialmente quelli di Milano
