We came 5 minutes early from our booking however the male owner didnt allow us to go inside and insist us to wait outside even thou we have a baby with us, so we waited outside in the sun apparently queue is starting to build up and they made there own line making us wait longer even thou we came first. Worst is they put us in the middle, we asked if we can sit near the door so our baby wouldnt smell so much of the smoke from the griller but they didnt allow it also. The old guy has attitude i understand you need to have that strict attitude but you also need to understand your customers situation. Food is okish but didnt get any prawns as some guy took everything even from the start of the buffet, everyone is cramp inside eventhou the place is big, too much table and chairs. I guess money is more important than customer experience with them. Overall experience is no good and would not recommend to friends.
