The food is so exotic and fun to try here! They sell specialities most Vietnamese restaurants don’t even offer. The butter garlic bucket of snails has awesome sweet and savoury flavour and the sauce alone would taste great tossed with pasta. It’s fun to pick the snail meat out with the wooden pick they give you and it’s perfect for sharing. The deep fried chicken skin tasted crispy and richprobably not healthy but it tasted like bliss. The deep fried chicken wings, sticky rice dumplings steamed in banana leaf, and papaya salad with beef jerky were all delicious. The beef carpaccio was refreshing and zesty. There is a long line up to get in and the place is popular for good reason. Everything we ate here was delicious and unique. Gánh Vietnamese Kitchen is the perfect place for a night of delicious finger foods and great company. The atmosphere is buzzing, and the snacks are top-notch!
