This is certainly a unique okonomiyaki place, with the noodles purposefully made rather crunchy. It’s both tasty and novel! You get the choice of either soba or udon as the base of the okonomiyaki; the soba gets a bit crispier, while the udon is crispy on the outside while chewy on the inside. I personally enjoyed the former more and felt the udon would have been better served to be a bit more crunchy beyond the initial bite. As for the toppings, there are a couple different choices, none of which are bad. The sauce and pork are excellent, as to be expected. Pictured is the seafood with udon noodles. There is also a suite of ala carte options, and I’d look to try the gansu upon returning. 4 stars! Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
