We booked the “Was für eine Nacht” option: 1 night, 2 breakfasts, 2 candlelit dinners, 2 spa tickets, for €321. What happiness!!!! We were very well received. Nice little room, comfortable and well decorated. The perfect dinner and the service too. The breakfast was also very good, there was everything and of good quality. The spa was nice, just missing a jacuzzi. Thank you very much, it was a wonderful weekend!!! Nearby activities: There are also beautiful walks to do in Reichenau. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Romantic

Rooms are clean and well maintained However, it was cold in room A, the stairwell/hallway/elevator was significantly warmer than in the room. The window sealing left something to be desired as it brought extremely cold air (outside temperature -4 °C) into the room. Thankfully the duvets and bathroom were nice and warm. I think checking the windows would also make sense in terms of energy consumption. The candle light dinner we booked was OK in terms of food. The atmosphere is rather cool with a total of 3 candles (2 of them as tea lights ;-) and bright ceiling light. There was no romance other than the candles. Very modest for the price! At the next table we asked that the four people, who had obviously also booked an overnight stay in the hotel, be allowed to move because cold air was flowing in through the wooden paneled wall. This was quickly remedied by the head waitress on the wall with two rags of cloth pressed into the cracks and telling the guests "We know this, but no one is doing anything about it and that's how it works! - Spa area/sauna were clean and nice. Room tidy Staff friendly - But seeing it once is enough for us Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4

This combination, Ganter Hotel & Restaurant Mohren, is perfection. The hotel is great, awesome staff and beautiful rooms with nice furniture and a comfy bed. There are also little things like a bottle of water, an extremely silent fan, sewing kit and other stuff that perfect the arrangement. Awesome breakfast buffet as well, with lots of bread, cereals, cheese, cold cuts, fresh fruits. There's a large parking lot next to the hotel for guests to park. The hotel has a Spa as well with massages and other beauty programs. It is also located perfectly on the Reichenau, everything reachable within a few minutes. The Restaurant Mohren is a class for itself, absolutely stunning. Again, amazing staff who know their card to details and are great in suggesting combinations of dishes and wine. The dishes were done to perfection, everything on point. Reservation is recommended. So, you get a great Hotel, Spa and Restaurant all under one roof (so to speak), the perfect package. Service: 5
