The food was excellent, but the restaurant needed a good clean. The glass entrance door was covered in hand prints (not good in these Covid days), the floor needed a good sweep and wash, the skirting boards hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. As soon as I started hearing about Vietnamese street food I knew I needed to try Gao restaurant. The food was delicious. We focussed on the "snacks" but will be back to try their soups and other meals as the weather gets cooler. They serve beer but if you want anything else you will need to bring your own which is fine however, if you bring something with a cork bring a corkscrew as well. Friendly service. Vegetarian options: Available. Dietary restrictions: Most people could eat. Parking: Big parking lot. Kid-friendliness: Yes. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
