Ordered a combo plate that clearly says $9.95 and was charged $15.50 plus they added their own tip for a pick up order which is evidently a desperate cry for business.. I forgot why I stopped coming here and now I remember why. Rice is so tasteless, beans are dried out and gross Relleno had no taste and was mainly batter.. and they think they deserve that tip Come on ya'll!! Get it together and quit charging so desperately when your food is so gross. Just saying Gonna have to let BBB know because this is unacceptable. My family and I really enjoyed this place. Definitely had a lot of authentic Mexican foods. They enjoy their Menudo and the pancakes were really good and so was the omelette. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Parking space: Plenty of parking

I Always stop at Garcia's Cafe when in Ruidoso, NM. I've tried tacos and burritos served with rice and charro beans. I also had breakfast there, pancakes are DEEELICIOUS. I highly recommend if looking for a great, clean and friendly at atmosphere.
