We love going to Garçon at the Tramsheds most Sunday mornings. The food, service and atmosphere are all exceptional. The staff always make us feel very welcome and Garçon has become a great part of our weekend routine. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–40

Hi, I have had a few meals and coffees at Garcon Tramsheds. The food is OK, but the coffee (and I have a black coffee) was undrinkable: weak, bitter, nasty, as though it was the last through the filter. I couldn't finish it, had to have a mouthful of water after each mouthful of coffee. It's easy to mask a bad coffee blend through addition of milk but when it's back there's no disguise. I seem to remember a previous coffee I had there was also undrinkable. Please, baristas, get the blend and the actual filtering right, for a black coffee. Actually, it's quite rare to get a drinkable black coffee, but this was the worst I've had. Sorry, but I think it's important to get it right.
