Fantastic place with great service sharing wine or drinks and delicious appetizers (or a whole perfectly cooked steak platter) with a date or a few friends. The tequila cocktail and the vermouth were excellent and they offer 3 sizes of wine from a small glass to a bottle at reasonable prices. Don’t skip the chicken empanada. It may be the best one in prov. Overall a gem for the neighborhood and well worth a date night jaunt from out of town. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One of the best places in PVD! Stopped in here with the hubby unexpectedly one cold rainy night and were instantly blown away by their warm atmosphere. Made us forget about the weather immediately. And the FOOD….. oh my gosh. We started with the Tortilla De Papa, it was such a great way to begin our meal. Not too heavy, so we still had room for the Parrillada Gardel, and delicious. After our Tortilla, we decided to share the Parrillada Gardel. A hearty dish consisting of steak, chorizo, blood sausage, and all of their sides. It does take a bit in the kitchen, but they make up for this greatly by serving the empanadas in between. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare! Neither myself nor my husband had ever tried blood sausage before, and we haven’t stopped craving it since. Though we were full, we couldn’t leave with trying one of the deserts. Our server recommended the Garrapiñada, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. It brought us back to grade school. The way the marshmallow fluff, candied peanuts, and grapes came together reminded us of an elevated peanut butter and jelly. You can tell how much love was put into this place. We got to chat with the owner, Tómas, for a bit, and it was so clear how passionate he feels about what he’s doing. From the food, to the wine, to the staff, there is so much positive energy floating around the place. Though we’re not able to rush back as we’re from out of town, this is a must see in Providence. We cannot wait to return. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $30–40 Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection
